Having originally coming from the UK, I relocated to New Zealand in 2012. My journey into the world of baking began in 2015, stemming from a long-standing personal passion and hobby. In pursuit of improving my baking skills, I decided to enroll in a one-year baking course in Auckland that same year. Upon completing my course, I made the move to Queenstown to fully immerse myself in the art of cake decoration. In 2019, I embarked on a new chapter by establishing The Cake Cartel Queenstown, operating from the comfort of my home. Over time, I've cultivated a great reputation within the Queenstown community, known for crafting cakes that are not only of the highest quality but also entail an element of fun and deliciousness. Now, as a parent of two beautiful children, my love for baking and cake decorating remains undiminished. Witnessing the sheer delight on children's faces when they encounter their specially designed cakes is an enduring source of gratification for me. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all my past, present, and future customers for their unwavering support and for entrusting me with the creation of their cherished cakes on their significant occasions.
